Just wanted to say how lovely the food was that you brought for our last order- excellent quality, and such a relief that i have found some healthy pre-made food as am about the have a baby and cooking is the last thing I want to do at the moment. You are vey welcome to quote me as a happy customer on your adverts- Not only do I love the quality of the food, the warm and friendly service really does go a long way- big thanks.

23/12/2009 - Multiple Customers after my Xmas email & after Xmas deliveries

We’ve tried a few other organic suppliers previously and not one of them even come close to your level of communication, customer relations & product range - your website and payment methods are great as well!! Keep up the good work.

Just a little note to let you know my mum was delighted beyond words with her cake, which is apparently 'the best present'she has received, and we all agreed the Xmas pudding was fabulous. No-one guessed it was sugar free! It was really lovely, great flavour and texture. Mum is very excited at the thought of you doing more sugar free stuff in future, and selflessly volunteered to be a trialist for you (you can see where I get it from, can't you?).

Thank you so much for the food. What can I say! You've excelled yourself once again even though I'd have never thought possible.

02/09/2009 - A Carrot Cake Convert

Just thought I would write and say how gorgeous your carrot cake is, me and Graham (my husband) had a slice after lunch and really enjoyed it. Only one downside - it's too tall for any of my cake tins so I have had to chop an inch off the bottom to fit it in. Any excuse to eat a bit more! Which is very bad after going for a 6 mile run this morning - I shouldn't be eating cake, but we did come to the conclusion that with it being carrot I could count it as one of my 5 a day....so that doesn't sound too bad

....the Coconut tart is lovely as well. I had some with some Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt and it was gorgeous. Still some left for tomorrow as well!!

Unfortunately the kids like the carrot cake, so don't think that will last too long.

29/07/2009 - A New Customer

I've not long been back from my Friday morning yoga class and had a lovely surprise. A box of the most amazing fruit and veg I've ever seen. I was like a kid in a sweet shop.

I was so desperate to try everything immediately. I've just made a salad with some of the lovely veg and am counting the hours to tea time when I can try some of the other veg.

I have not seen or tasted fruit and veg like that since I had some from an allotment.

18/01/2009 - My Featured Recipe

'Oh my god, made the celeriac cake (or whatever it's called!) and it was to die for. We've eaten the whole lot in one go, very surprising as didn't really know what I was making! James has decided it's the only way to do celeriac now'.

02/01/2009 - Xmas Wishes Email Responders 2009

When I sent out Xmas wishes, I never expected such a massive response! Thank you for your kind words...here are just a few of my favourite snippets......

'we will certainly continue to order from you in the New Year, the veg is great, we like being able to order what we need, and we absolutely loved those scones too!'

'Your service is absolutely fantastic....having a regular, reliable supply of fresh organic vegetables and all the other things......I am keeping fingers, toes and everything crossed that you aren't too badly affected by the economic climate'.

'we shall be supporting you. Self employment is a bit scary in these times - we've been through it before and survived, thankfully, so we'll all keep our fingers crossed this time'

26/06/2008 - A new customer

....excellent and adaptive customer service,

You have proven faster and more receptive than (another scheme) and I therefore have greater confidence in you over 2 months than 2 years with them!

Although your boxes are more expensive, there is more in them (thus balanced!)

In preference you actually give enough of something to do something with, and there seems to be thus far sufficient variety to keep me entertained.......

......not knowing what's coming is for me, the best bit.

18/06/2008 - Multiple Customers

After a few hiccups we finally went live on Tuesday 17^th June. Had I not been eight months pregnant, I would have cracked open a bottle of organic wine and drunk the lot!! We still have a few problems to iron out (please be really patient and bear with us!) but the response to our site has been fantastic.
